Ingrid was the one aspect of the experience that I found consistent and reliable after dealing with banks and attorneys and the like. She did a lot of the heavy lifting in coordinating with the seller's agent in order to make the deal work even though we had a couple hiccups. Additionally, she was creative and thought of ways to make the numbers work in a way that both parties would find agreeable.
